PRODUCTION WORK ORDER EXECUTION

Production Work Order will be prepared and initiated from the Estimation department taking into consideration all the requirements that is being mentioned in a document together with the approved drawings given by the client which is handed over through Sales department. Wherever available, attached approved drawings for glass fabrication shall be verified accordingly taking into considerations the entire dimensions in terms of height, width, thickness, glass orientation, the color, the glass type and all special instruction requirements, Upon final verification of the customer requirement, Glass Cutting Optimization shall be prepared, printed and issued to Production Department.

PROCESSING OF GLASS

STATE OF THE ART MACHINERIES, EQUIPMENT & TOOLS ARE USED FOR GLASS PROCESSING

 The Glass Sheet kept in the racks are carried by the labors using vacuum clips as per job card.
 The glass sheets are loaded on the Automatic Cutting Table.
 The glass technicians set the machine as per the cutting size specified in the job card.
 All the cut glass are carried to heavy duty trolley.
 Spacers are kept between glasses for reasons of quality.
 All Operators, Asst. Operators and Helpers always wear Safety Boots and use Hand Gloves.

FLAT - EDGE POLISHING

 The Machine Operator does all the Initial adjustments on the machine such as Thickness, Collar Setting Etc.
 The Polishing machine comprises of Diamond Wheels and Polishing Wheels.
 The Cut Glass are loaded on the Edge Polishing Machine.
 All the Edges of cycling glass are Flat Edge Polish with Chamfered.
 The Polished Glasses are checked for the sizes as per job card by Operator.
 The Polished Glasses are places in the specified heavy duty safety wheels trolleys.
 As such we keep glass spacers between two glasses for quality.

BEVELING

 The Machine Operator does all the Initial adjustments on the machine such as Collar
Setting, beveling width etc..
 Beveling Machine comprises of 6 Nos of Diamond, Polishing and Beveling Wheels.
 The cut glass is loaded on the Beveling Machine.
 All the edges of Cycling Glass or Mirror are beveled.
 The Beveled Glasses are checked for the sizes as per job card by operator.
 The Polished Glasses are places in the specified heavy duty safety wheels trolleys.
 As such we keep glass spacers between two glasses for quality.

SHAPE POLISHING, EDGING AND BEVELING

 The Machine Operator set the Thickness, Position, Water Level etc.,
 Shape Glass or Mirror is placed horizontally placed on Machine.
 The Glass or Mirror are clamping by the suction cups connected to vacuum Pump.
 The finish glasses are checked for the sizes as per job card.
 The finish Glasses are places in the specified heavy duty safety wheels trolleys.
 As such we keep glass spacers between two glasses for quality.

GLASS DRILLING

 The Machine Operator Set the Drilling Bit according to the Diameter of Hole.
 The Hole position is marked on the Glass or Mirror
 The Machine Comprises a pneumatic working table is for supporting big size Glass.
 The Bottom and Upper Drilling Spindle Feeding Automatically.
 The Drill Glass are Checked for the hole diameter and distance.
 The Drilled Glasses are places in the specified heavy duty safety wheels trolleys.
 As such we keep glass spacers between two glasses for quality.

CUT-OUT

 The Cutout area is mark on the Glass as per Cutout Required.
 The Holes are drilled on the marked corners using glass Drilling Machine.
 Diamond Hand Wheel cutters are used to cut the cutout.
 The Cutout size and Distance are checked by Cutter.
 The Cutout Glasses are places in the specified heavy duty safety wheels trolleys.
 As such we keep glass spacers between two glasses for quality.

MIRROR FIXING

 The Specified Mirror is prepared in our factory as per the Mentioned Details.
 The Mirror is cut, polished or beveled as per the site Measurement and specification.
 Remove the Safety polythene cover packing.
 Approved and specified MDF Plywood fixing in the wall by using good quality of Silicone.
 Apply the Silicone in the Back side of the Mirror and fix the mirror in the plywood.
 Give support of Mirror with Masking Tapes.
 Check the level and angles of the mirror.
 Remove the Masking Tapes after Silicone gets Dry.
 Re-Check and Clean the Mirror.

PANEL FIXING

 The Specified Glasses are prepared in our factory as per the before mentioned details.
 The Specified Glasses are cut as per the site measurement.
 The Panel Glasses offload safely in located place on Site.
 Particular size glasses bring to the fixing are and remove the Safety Polythene cover packing.
 The Approved and Specified S/S “U” Channel cut as per Requirement Size for the Fix Panel.
 Joining Edge Make Miter (45Degree)
 Make holes for screw in between of screw 300mm gap in the channel.
 Same Holes mark and drill on the Floor / Wall by Using Drilling Machine.
 Fixer put in the holes for screw gripping.
 Screw the channel on the floor /wall.
 Spicer put every screws head for the glass safety.
 Put the Glass in the Channel.
 The Gaps are filled with Rubber Beading or Silicone.

SWING DOOR FIXING

 The Specified Glasses are prepared in our factory as per the before mentioned details. The Glasses are cut as per the Site Measurements.
 Make the cutout and holes as per the approved fitting.
 Make a cutout in the floor to fixing the floor spring
 Fit the Approved fittings in the Door.
 Approved Knob, Lock fixed on a Door.
 Check the Floor Level.
 Fix the Door in the fix panel/ Wall by using the Top Transom fitting, Pivot, Bottom Fittings, Etc.,
 Check the Gap between Door to Wall, Floor / Fix Panel.

SHOWER CUBICLE DOOR FIXING

 The Specified Glasses are prepared in our factory as per the before mentioned details.
 The Specified Glasses are cut as per the site Measurement
 Check the floor Level.
 Make the Cut Out and holes on the wall for the hinges with Using Drilling machine.
 Put the fixer in the holes.
 Screw the Approved Hinges on the Wall/ Glass.
 Approved Knob fixed on the Door.
 Check the Gaps between the door to wall , floor and fix panel.
 Lip- Seal fixing on the glass edges.
 Reinforcement bar fix top of the glass support from the walls.
 Re-check the door spacing with lip seal.
 Clean the Door and Fix Panel.

SWP - SUSPENDED WORKING PLATFORM

Workers ensure that the erection, dismantling of any part of a SWP is carried out by or under the supervision of a competent person in accordance with the manufacturer’s assembly manual.

Supervisors ensure that every person carried on a SWP wears a suitable safety harness equipped with fall arresting device and buckles to an independent lifeline or suitable anchorage and fittings. No part of the SWP should be used to anchor the lanyard of a safety harness.

Independent lifeline is not secured to any part of the roof rig, including the outriggers, parapet clamps or any counterweights of the SWP.

Supervisors ensure that the SWP is working within its safe working load at any moment.
We do not use the SWP under weather conditions likely to endanger its stability or cause danger to the persons carried thereon. Team Leads are assigned to decide if work has to be stopped in case of inclement weather condition.

We arrange load test and thorough examination to the SWP before use or as soon as practicable after its exposure to weather conditions likely to have affected its stability. The power supply cable or lifting wires/ropes should be properly guided and kept in order to avoid any accidental entanglement.
